This is a first edition, 9th printing, of IT by Stephen King published by Scribner in 1986. It has been signed by Marlon Taylor with a Certificate of Authenticity and matching holograms on the items and COA. The dust jacket has minor wear. The binding is sound. There aren't any obvious signs of inscriptions, marginalizations or dog-eared pages.


Stephen King is the author of more than 50 books, all of them worldwide bestsellers. If you collect banned books,  "IT" is one you want in your library. In 1987, it was challenged in Lincoln school libraries because of the novel's "corruptive, obscene nature." And in 1992 it was placed on a "closed shelf" a the Franklinville Central High School library in New York for sexual content, violence, and language. Parental permission was required to check it out by students.
