This novel was first published in 1871 by Lewis Carroll and it is the sequel to Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Alice again enters a fantastical world, this time by climbing through a mirror. In 1931 Through the Looking Glass was banned by the Chinese governor of the Hunan Province.
