The Bachman Books Four Early Novels By Stephen King. This is a hardcover edition published by Signet in 1985. The dust jacket is a good condition with a few small tears and sticker residue. The book's boards are black and are structurally sound although the binding is starting to loosen towards the back of the book. There is an inscription and stickers inside the front cover. There aren't any other signs of marginalization or dog eared pages.

Rage is a psychological thriller, published under the pseudonym Richard Bachman. It was written in 1977 but it wasn't until 1985 that it was printed in a hardcover edition. The novel describes a school shooting, and it has been associated with actual shootings in the 1980s and 1990s. In response King allowed the novel to fall out of print, and in 2013 he published a non-fiction, anti-firearms essay titled "Guns". If you are a collector of banned books, this is one you want in your library.
