Dust jacket has slight waffling with ink bleeding on the underside, the front end flap has a fold. Boards are blue with a diamond pattern, and a green cloth spine. Dust jacket has $17.95 price on the upper corner of the front flap. The dust jacket back cover has a diagonal bar code field, and the code within is 51995. The spine has the YEAR 2 badge, and silver lettering is raised on the dust jacket. There's an inscription on the last page of the book.
