This listing is for a small custom watercolor painting. House portraits make great gifts from realtors! The overall size is 11x14, with an 8x10 opening for the art. Artist Karen Strum hand paints your artwork based on your photos. The watercolor paper is mounted on a foam backing. A white mat is included, and it is placed in a clear sleeve for protection (which is acceptable for display) until you have the piece framed. Each painting is signed, and the artist's information will be included on the back of the piece.
