1952 CHARLOTTE'S WEB E.B. White Book Club Edition Hardcover Dust Jacket

This is a book club edition of "Charotte's Web" written by E.B. White and published by Harper & Row in 1952. The dust jacket is in excellent condition and is a protective Bro DART wrapper for protection. The structure and binding of the book are sound. There is foxing on the top edges of the interior pages. They don't have any obvious signs of inscriptions, marginalization, or of having been dog-eared.

Charlotte's Web was first published in 1952. The novel tells the story of a livestock pig named Wilbur and his friendship with a barn spider named Charlotte. Due to themes of death and it's inclusion of talking animals, a parent group in Kansas sought to ban the book from their students' school libraries.
