After a family cat is accidentally killed, the owners bury it in the ground near the old pet cemetery. The cat returns to life, and its personality has changed for the worse. When their son dies tragically, the parents decide to bury the boy's body in the same ground. Pet Sematary doesn't pretend to offer definitive answers; rather, it serves as a dark mirror reflecting our deepest fears, warning us that in the quest to cheat death, we may unleash horrors far worse than mortality itself. King's books are being banned in schools throughout Florida. When asked, he showed pride and said he must be doing something right. If you celebrate the freedom to read, Stephen King's novels are a great addition to any library.
